What we offer

Fair Tax International provides tax, accounting, audit, and compliance services in the UAE and Pakistan. The website is informational and lets you request a quote or contact us. Use of the site does not create a client engagement.

When you become a client

You become a client only after we send you a written engagement letter and you sign and return it. The engagement letter is the binding contract for the services we deliver; these terms govern your use of the website.

Fees

• Public pricing on the site (e.g. AED 600 / month bookkeeping, PKR 20,000 / month bookkeeping) is a starting price. Final fees are quoted in writing in the engagement letter and depend on volume, complexity, and scope.
• We don't take payment on the website.

Forms

Information you submit through forms must be your own or submitted with the data subject's permission. We treat it confidentially per our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, graphics, schema, code, brand marks) belongs to Fair Tax International or our licensors. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish whole pages or use our brand marks without written permission.

Confidentiality

Every client engagement starts with a written letter that includes confidentiality obligations on both sides. Information you share before signing the engagement letter (for the purpose of receiving a fee proposal) is also treated confidentially.

Accuracy of website content

We make reasonable effort to keep the information on this site accurate, but tax laws change and articles can become outdated. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or financial advice — only your signed engagement letter and our written deliverables count as advice.

Limitations of liability

• Our liability for any matter arising from the website is limited to the fees you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the issue arose.
• We're not liable for losses caused by you acting on general information from the website without engaging us.

External links

The site links to FBR, FTA, SECP, KPRA, PRA, SRB, BRA, and other portals, tools, and forum threads. We're not responsible for the content or availability of those external sites.

Governing law

• For UAE clients: the laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
• For Pakistan clients: the laws of Pakistan apply, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of Peshawar courts.
• Use of the website by visitors who are not yet clients: governed by the law where the visitor is located, with disputes settled by good-faith mediation first.

Termination

We may end your access to the website if you breach these terms or use the site to harm others.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date.
