Who we are
Fair Tax International is an ACCA-led tax and accounting practice operating in the UAE and Pakistan. This policy explains what data we collect from you when you use our website or engage us for services, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
When you use our website's contact, quote, or signup forms, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company / business name
- Information you voluntarily provide about your tax or accounting needs (e.g. transaction volume, accounting software, NTN, STRN, TRN)
When you become a client, we collect additional data necessary to perform tax and accounting services:
- Tax registration numbers (NTN, STRN, TRN, etc.)
- Financial records, bank statements, invoices
- Identification documents (CNIC, passport, Emirates ID) where required by FBR / FTA / SECP regulations
We do not use behaviour-tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that build user profiles.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a fee proposal
- To deliver the tax, accounting, audit, or compliance service we've agreed to in writing
- To meet our legal obligations under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 (AML), the Pakistan Anti-Money Laundering Act 2010, FBR / FTA / SECP record-keeping rules, and applicable data protection laws
- To send you service-related communications (filing reminders, deliverable notifications)
We do notsell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for purposes you haven't been told about.
Where we store it
- Form submissions are sent through Resend to our internal email at waseem@fairtaxint.com
- Client engagement files are stored in encrypted cloud storage and our Manager.io workspace
- We do not store passwords, payment card data, or biometric data
How long we keep it
- Enquiry form data: up to 24 months from your last contact
- Active client records: throughout the engagement plus 7 years (statutory record-keeping period under FBR / FTA / SECP regulations)
- AML / KYC records: 5β10 years from the engagement end (per UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 and the Pakistan AML Act 2010)
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask us what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to statutory record-keeping obligations)
- Withdraw consent for forward marketing communications
To exercise any of these, email waseem@fairtaxint.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies essential for the site to function (set by Vercel, our hosting provider). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising cookies on this site.
Third parties
- Resend β processes our contact form deliveries (data: name, email, phone, message body)
- Vercel β hosts the website
- Google Workspace β handles waseem@fairtaxint.com email
- Manager.io β accounting software where client data is stored during the engagement
We do not pass your enquiry data to anyone else.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the βLast updatedβ date. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email.
